The Company:
Our client is a Global leader in the production of Chemicals in the Gulf region.

The Role:
Key Responsibilities

Proven experience in selling Chemicals is a must for this role:

◾Develop and implement sales budgets and marketing plans for the specified portfolio of products, customers and industries.
◾The attainment of agreed sales, tonnage and margin budgets
◾To provide marketing, technical support and training to effectively launch, promote and sell products.
◾Constantly review and assess the portfolio of products, customers and relevant suppliers.
◾To produce timely reports on plans, customer visits and results,
◾Develop an effective level of co-operation with all company and third party staff
◾Provide market intelligence to relevant staff on customers, products, price, stock levels and market trends.
◾Ensure the consistent implementation of all company reports, policies and procedures.
◾Ensure all products/portfolio is effectively administered

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
◾Degree in Chemistry (or similar / equivalent)
◾Sales / business development experience within the Chemical industry / market is essential
◾Understand technical sales processes to develop new markets
◾Excellent communication skills
◾Ability to build effective relationships
◾Ability to set targets and monitor results
◾Pro-active
◾Strong and focused negotiation skills
◾Quick learner
◾Computer literate
