The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role
Provide Administrative support to European Regional Director and Regional Team.

Scope of the Role
- Diary and email management
- Process expenses on Workflow for Directors and Team
- Meeting Coordination
- Arrangement all travel, hotel, currency, transfers for Managers and Team
- PDR coordination
- Raising Purchase Orders and processing/approving invoices as required
- Raising Whitesheets as required for laptops and software. Liaising with the IT department.
- Arranging and producing itinerates for external factory visits and for external visitor meetings
- Dealing with office stationary orders
- Coordination of Pulse
- Health & Safety coordination
- Coordination of office refreshment supplies
