The Role:
The Regional Marketing Manager - EMEA - Enterprise Software leads the collaboration with stakeholders in sales, marketing, and across the business and owns the Marketing budget in the region. This role works closely with the EMEA HUB Sales leaders for Enterprise Software, the BU Product Marketing Director, Product Marketing and Product Management. The regional marketing lead conceives and develops innovative marketing activities, and closed loop marketing programs that drive the demand for our solutions and perceived leadership in our core industries. The Regional Marketing Manager - EMEA - Enterprise Software will lead and develop, execute and measure marketing programs, campaigns and demand generation activities, together with the digital, events and communications team, to bring in new qualified marketing leads as well as accelerate the existing funnel. This role needs a person that must be entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. The role reports directly to the BU Product Marketing Director.

Main Accountabilities

Adapt the global PGGA marketing strategy to EMEA Enterprise Software and execute this strategy and own the Marketing Budget for ES in the region:

* Lead collaboration with stakeholders in sales, marketing, and across the business as well with 3rd parties such as contractors, agencies and other parts of the business
* Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms as well as data acquisition and cleanliness.
* Establish EMEA go-to-market strategies for ES, collaborating with Automation & Communication, Enterprise Software and Microgrids product groups where possible. Go to market strategies should encompass product launch, lead generation, experiential and social media and determine the most effective strategies to help meeting revenue goals.
* Develop and execute online and offline marketing programs with the purpose of generating new marketing qualified leads and nurturing leads
* Make recommendations on regional media partners for digital marketing, sponsorships, co-branded email, and other creative means to reach online audiences
* Help to grow our prospect database and deepen our relationship with current database members through a broad range of online and other communications

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
This position requires very strong written/verbal communication skills
· Excellent people and management skills to interact and influence staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams
· Six or more years of product marketing or regional marketing experience
· A solid understanding of enterprise information technology software market, or demonstrated aptitude and ability to quickly traverse the learning curve.
· Understanding of utilities, mining, transportation, nuclear, communications industries preferred, as well as cloud, mobility, analytics and IT/OT experience
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with key customers, prospects and business partners, sales, customer support and development
· Experience in developing effective and creative product marketing content and collateral, such campaign assets and collateral
· Ability to travel, up to 25%
· BA or BS degre
