The Role:
Fircroft is looking for a Region Quality Manager to work for a Leading Defence Company in Riyadh


•To ensure the OnQuality-OnTime-OnCost delivery of the projects targeting highest level customer satisfaction level.
•Planning, defining and ensuring the implementation of effective quality assurance in the project. Monitoring and reporting the quality status, managing project's quality risks and initiating corrective actions.
•Making local Product Quality Analysis and supporting quality issues solving activity.
•Monitoring internal and external local subcontractors/suppliers for quality purposes.
•To ensure the Branch in KSA adheres to the SLC defined quality standards
•To ensure the office environmental conditions and improvement programs defined by SLC are followed and finalized

This job needs to ensure that

1.Project Quality Engineer
Autonomous support of projects within the area of Quality Assurance activities in respect with our given tailoring rules out of the BMS.

Defining, planning, implementing, monitoring and reporting of quality related activities. Follow up of found non conformities until their closure.

Voice of the Customer towards the management regarding project’s progress, maturity and quality.

Continuous monitoring, identification and evaluation of risks and opportunities throughout the project, initiating corrective actions as well as developing, proposing and tracking solution.

Reviews/Milestones/Quality Gates: Planning, preparing, participating in and writing up reviews/performance decisions on the basis of quality management requirements. Follow up of detected concessions until their closure. This is done in cooperation with the project managers with the aim of determining the facts regarding compliance with project/customer's quality requirements.

2.Quality Management
Autonomous implementation of the QM processes within the area of responsibility activities in respect with our given tailoring rules out of the BMS.

Planning and monitoring the effectiveness of the project-specific QM measures, initiating and implementing improvements to the QM process and integrating experience and specialist knowledge in a quality discipline in coordination with the product or project manager.

Monitoring the compliance with relevant standard requirements and internal rules.

Compiling the QM documentation and writing Quality reports for the product and project management to the team leader of its organizational unit.

3.Product Quality Management
Supporting in identifying upcoming product quality issues and participating to the corrective action processes. Making product quality analysis of product performances for the projects. Analysing product claims from field and following improvement actions’ progress. Reporting on product quality related topics.

Defining quality management requirements for project internal and external subcontractors. Carrying out local supplier audits by taking into account applicable quality requirements.
Advising the project team in the task of choosing new supplier and determining the suitability of existing subcontractors and suppliers in cooperation with the local Purchasing and Program Delivery management.

Providing support to the contracted subcontractors, monitoring compliance with guidelines and participating in and carrying out acceptance inspections on subcontractors' premises.
Cascading relevant project related requirements to subcontractors. Participating in the subcontractor related risk assessment.

5.Process Audits
Preparing, planning and participating in all levels of audits. Preparing, planning and conducting internal audits, proposing corrective and improvement actions and follow-up of found non conformities until their closure.
