Capabilities include the design and manufacture of Hybrid Power Generators for industry, Off-Grid Power Systems for emergency response and development projects, renewable energy storage solutions that reduce grid dependence, and turnkey solutions for temporary power applications.

The Role:
Role Summary:

As part of our Client's ambitious growth plans we are now recruiting a Regional Sales / Account Manager (RAM) to cover the Central Europe region. Based on their key region the RAM will have full P&L responsibility for building and implementing the customer sales strategy. The Company is already seeing increased interest for its products across Europe and the RAM will be fundamental to the future success on this territory.

Competitive basic salary plus benefits including company car, laptop, phone and bonus scheme.

Responsibilities:
 Develop regional sales plan by identifying target customers, sales strategies, resources and marketing plans in conjunction with UK based colleagues
 Generate enquiries and sales pipeline for full product range
 Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone, email and personal visits
 Produce and present sales proposals, presentations, contract documentation and quotations to prospects and customers
 Undertake product demonstrations
 Maintain accurate records on CRM
 Issue quotations using Rental Desk/Inflow software
 Liaise with colleagues to maintain product knowledge
 Research and keep updated on industry developments
 Account management of existing customers to grow business
 Respond to basic service queries from customers

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
 Excellent communication skills in English and appropriate local market languages
 Highly organised, self-starter and ability to operate remotely
 Deep level of insight and understanding into temporary power provision in local market
 Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
 Excellent technical understanding of generators and temporary power
 Practical, hands on ability to run demonstrations and to solve faults

Experience Required:
 Proven track record of capital sales within the diesel generator and power equipment sectors
 Established network of contacts and personal relationships within the temporary power sector, particularly in construction and plant hire
 Computer literate including Microsoft Office
 Engineering or technical background
 Clean driving licence
 Commercially astute with strong presentation/communication skills and good negotiation skills
