The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
• Meet annual area sales budget.
• Create and regularly review business plan for geographical area. Within this establish an area plan that maps out the customer base, effective travel routes and prospect potentials, normally based on a 4 week rota.
• Carry out high quality visits to existing and potential customers.
• Raise the awareness and profile of the clients Brand for LVP in the region.
• Present client in the best possible light to customers by exhibiting the highest standards of values, behaviour and dress.

• Build and develop client relationship and facilitate appropriate relationships across all levels of the client.
• Work closely with Regional Sales Manager to deliver a common objective of profitable growth.
• Work closely with both the clients Low Voltage internal teams and other parts of the client to maximise opportunities for all areas of the

• Either independently or working in conjunction with Product and Sales Management for field visits as necessary, in order to generate effective quotations. To provide the optimum conversion rate to orders.

• Develop and implement the strategies and policies of the business, communicating effectively at
all levels, promoting a ‘One Team’ view to the business
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and his teams.
• Ensure that the CRM system is maintained and used correctly and is appropriate for the needs of the business.
• Complete forecasting and reporting in an accurate and timely manner. As required by the business.
• To provide product forecasting and competition intelligence.
• To maintain all sales tools in a professional manner.
• Ensure that the correct procedures are followed, when opening new accounts. Provide an intelligent link with credit control.

• Build on clients existing customer base and routes to market.
• Improve our customer satisfaction rating.
• Make it easier for our customers to buy from us.
• Make client their supplier of choice.
• Build good personal relationships with customers, creating an atmosphere of trust and co-operation.
• To create the best possible channel partners, ensuring that they receive the necessary training and support to the highest standards
• Carry out sales/ product demonstrations to customers as required.
• Attend exhibitions, customer entertainment, and company events as may be reasonably required on a national or international basis, that may require overnight stays away from home.
