The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Regulations / Citification Admin "1: Maintain the CCC (China Compulsory Certification) certificate database : Routinely track expiring certificates (including Component Certificates, Permission of Printing and Factory Audit Reports) and contact the relevant suppliers to obtain the renewals. Escalate any potential issues within the required time frame. 2: Update with new certificates and answer certificate queries from client internal and external contacts. Gather data from internal Product Development areas to support certification applications. 3: Monthly market certificate admin & distribution (eg. Albania market) 4: Adhoc postal service for markets 5: Daily website check of Regulatory market websites and book new items into eTracker (electronic tracking) 6: Monitor and process client Regulations email account and book new items into eTracker 7: Bi-annual update of client Safety Forecast summary 8: Update client Future Legislation summaries each month prior to Regulation meeting 9: Take minutes for fortnightly eTracker and monthly Vehicle Regulation review meetings. 10: Support regular market meetings and take minutes as required. 11. Support Suipplier change review (SREA)"

3 Key Skills:
1) Certification understanding - Have understanding of need for certification requirements to meet regulations.
2) Regulatory understanding - Have understanding of how government or legislative authority imposed regulations impact on a business product and service delivery.
3) People and PC skills - able to effectively use Excel type packages; confident in contacting and request information from new contacts

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good time keeper; smart; good working in a team; self motivated; tenacity and able to escalate if needed. Good numeracy, reading, comprehension and written skills. Good with following processes. Able to make improvement suggestions.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Qualified in English, Maths to equiv of GCSE B grade.
