The Company:
Our client is a large multi-national Oil and Gas Operator which explores, develops, produces and markets crude oil, gas and sulfur. They pride themselves on conducting operations in accordance with world–class safety and environmental standards.

The Role:
Excellent knowledge of regulatory affairs certification expertise on ROK Large work experience in Normatively Legal Division. Skils in upkeeping of Regulatory (Code, SNiP, GOST, etc) Database. Skills in providing consultancy service for ROK Legislative requirements. Extensive experience in identifying license/permitting requirements for project pre-design and design, construction and commissioning activities. Good knowledge in sphere of organisation, management and control of pre-design and design, construction and commissioning documentations in compliance with rules, norms and requirements of the State Expert Review and other ROK authorities. Good experience in obtaining of licenses and permits.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent level in Kazakh, Russian, English skills. Self-directed, flexible willing to take on a wide variety of regulatory / permitting related task. Comfortable with multitasking in a fluid work environment, strong team player, good communication skills
