The Role:
The job holder is responsible for:
• Collection and compilation together with other members of the team engineering and environmental input data as required for submission to relevant RoK Authorities;
• Advise Project & Engineering and HSE groups on the technical deliverables required for RoK permitting submissions;
• Interface with engineering, construction, fabrication contractors responsible in terms permitting, certification, mertology deliverables.
• Developing computerised integrated plans , reports for all regulatory affairs activities and submissions aligned with project schedule

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The job holder must have:
• At least 2 years of previous multidisciplinary experience in a similar position (engineering, project management, permitting, regulatory affairs, approvals and consents)
• Good communication skills and ability to interface with different engineering disciplines and departments, strong team player.
• Working knowledge of RoK construction rules, regulations and principles fo setting standards;
• Knowledge of CIS rules, regulations, norms and standards;
• Good analytical and organisation skills;
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues without compromising business ethics
• Good command of English,Russian, Kazakh (preferable)
• Ability to function and relate to project multicultural environment;
It would be an advantage if the job holder has demonstrated:
• Knowledge of Western engineering design stages and ability to relate them to RoK Design stages
• Good knowledge of RoK regulations for developing design documentation
