The Company:
Our client is a major oil and gas company within Australia and is the largest producer of gas to the domestic market within the country. Active for more than 40 years, they have the largest exploration portfolio by area and are currently listed as one of Australia's Top 30 Companies.

The Role:
Contract requirement for degree qualified reliability & integrity specialist to support maintenance activity relating to Gas Turbine and other rotating plant in operation as part of multi-billion dollar QLD CSG Project.

Be capable of analysing data produced through use of Reliability Centered Maintenance and Failure Mode & Effect Analysis modelling packages to monitor and understand maintenance workflow, fundamental operating procedures and project strategy.

Ongoing research and subsequent production of Maintenance Recommendations pertaining to use of plant throughout project lifecycle.

Accurate record keeping to assist in identifying areas where performance may be maximized and operating cost reduction can be achieved.

Ensuring open lines of communication are maintained between project personnel at all levels thus allowing continuous improvement principles to be applied effectively.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree Qualified in Mechanical Engineer or related discpline with extensive post-graduate experience

Chartered Status preferred - RPEQ holder desirable

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Proven track record in effectively applying cost reduction methodologies across multi-billion dollar projects, especially within the LNG/CSG Sector

Effective communicator capable of conveying the essence of continual professional improvement and how best to achieve improved efficiency throughout large scale projects
