The Role:
1) Direct Report to Regional R&M Mgr to own detailed maintenance planning in the region; Also act as an integrator of Site R&M Activities - Day-to-day direct report to Tangguh DSM
2) Intented to maximize uptime by driving non intrusive maintenance and avoiding need for equipment shutdowns
3) Measure effectiveness of maintenance strategy using KPIs developed
4) Create and deploy consistent planned routines against agreed performance standard
5) Execute cost effective cross functional maintenance - direct or via contractors

Key accountabilities
1) Provides input to regional R&M strategy and translation into execution
2) Responsible for maintenance delivery in Tangguh site - oversees and drives implementation of plan and drives performance improvement by KPIs
• Coordinate all maintenance activities at Tangguh Site (Automation/ICE, Rotating Equipment, Mechanical and Electrical Teams)
• Identify opportunities for campaign and cross-functional maintenance deployment
• develop metric and performance manages teams and vendors as part of Category management- incl cost optimization
• optimize maintenance with focus on attaining compliance targets for all SCE
• lead creation information from data to optimize maintenance strategy
• develop condition monitoring tools and method to improve reliability
• ensure all activities are in compliance with BP and regulatory HSSE standards
• overall management of risk and CI
• improve Tangguh asset reliability and availability
• provide R&M input to TAR and Mods
3) Standardize activities across Tangguh site
4) Sponsors and takes active part in related CopS towards improved experience sharing and helps in developing & maintaining OMS content
5) Handles hiring/firing, succession plans, competence, KPIs, training etc for team (including MTLs)

Essential Education
• Bachelors Degree in Related Engineering Discipline from Reputable Engineering
• Minimum 15 years working experience in Operations, Maintenance and/or Engineering
• Must also have strong leadership skills, have a proactive attitude, and be interested in finding solutions and making improvements for the benefit of Tangguh R&M

Essential experience and job requirements
• Optimize Maintenance with focus on attaining compliance targets for all Safety Aspect Equipment
• The responsibilities require daily interaction among peers, management, contractors, and deals with authority-government agencies BPMIGAS. The effectiveness of this job requires successful coordination of various groups, including varying degrees of influencing skills and a significant amount of short term reaction ability.
• Improper maintenance strategy, remediation program and techniques will affect criticality identification, the identification of deterioration trend and then will lead to unsafe condition and loss production due to .
• The responsibility require skill and broad knowledge on maintenance management, fit-for-purpose remediation, and interpersonal communications.
• Other essential skills and knowledge
• Good personality and attitude, open to discuss and cooperation, strong leadership, ability to work independenly or in a team.
• Capable to maximise uptime and reduce business losses associated with all equipments as operations support
• Understands about MMS (e.g. Maximo) requirements, RCFA, RCM, R&M KPIs, SCE, TAR, R&M Strategy. PM, PdM and Cond Monitoring, RAM Study, RBI, equipment Criticality, Spare Parts Strategy. Proactive/Defect Eliminations Maintenance , OPEX and CAPEX, Contract Management, COW.
