The Role:
As an R & M Manager you will be responsible for Maintenance and Reliability performance in the region with a focus on maximizing uptime and reduce business losses associated with plant and equipment.

You will also set risk based maintenance strategy and measure effectiveness using Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as well as measure all losses and own root cause investigation. Another key factor will be the Implementation of condition monitoring and technologies and analysis of results.

As a Reliability & Maintenance Manager your main duties will involve:
•Accountability for the maintenance budget, training and development of personnel, planning scheduling and execution of work
•Drive plant and equipment reliability through maintenance
•Deployment of Global maintenance strategies
•Develop and own Operations Expense (OPEX) budget for rotating equipment, condition monitoring and Third Party campaign maintenance

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent but an Engineering degree is preferred
•Extensive experience in operations or engineering of oil and gas production or processing facilities
•Experience and proven track record in delivery of all aspects of maintenance and overhaul of oil and gas process plants including rotating equipment, safety and utility systems
•Strong experience in working with computerized maintenance management systems
