The Role:
The Role:

This role is based in my client’s maintenance department and will provide advice and guidance on reliability and availability of equipment for my client’s assets.
Defend against repeat production losses relating to process, equipment, and people’s reliability issues through embedding the groups strategy in to the assets.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities;

- Deployment of reliability strategy in group assets
- Involved with root cause analysis
- Contribute to and own the reliability elements of operations assurance for new projects.
- Contribute to the global maintenance community though sharing of best practices and lessons lead in reliability performance.
- Develop mitigation plans and identify long term improvement plans.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Degree Educated engineer or equivalent relevant experience
- Proven track record as a Reliability, Maintenance & Operations within the oil and gas industry
- Previously work on onshore and offshore facilities previously
- Experience of reliability tools and techniques RAM, FMEA/FMECA
- Experience of change management and deployment of reliability programmes into assets
