The Company:
Our client, an international major oil and gas operator, seeks a Reliability, Availability & Maintainability Engineer to join their team.

The Role:
• Leads/assists project team efforts to effectively engage and manage stakeholders in facilities reliability, availability, maintainability in planning, analyses, reporting, meetings, presentations, preparation of decision papers, workshops, etc. This role is part of Technical Assurance.
• Leads application of asset integrity and/or reliability engineering performance analyses and work processes. Performs direct analyses and/or coordinates other expert resources as necessary.
• Coordinates with Operations the overall asset integrity and/or reliability integration strategy (design, manufacturing, installation, operations and maintenance) for the project and consistent with the project operations requirements.
• Recommends solutions to asset integrity and/or reliability problems using in-depth operations, reliability and maintenance knowledge in combination with practical engineering experience.
• Participates in the development and implementation of asset integrity plan.
• Enhances asset integrity programs associated with simple and some complex incidents within a business unit by integrating recommendations from risk assessments, performance analyses, root cause analyses, failures, and lessons learned.
• Demonstrated cross discipline ( rotating, electrical, instrumentation, floating systems, subsea equipment, structural, etc) knowledge for reliability, availability and maintainability work.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
10 to 15+ years of experience
1) Recent MCP work, 2) FPSO's and projects with a subsea component, 3) UK regulatory environment and design codes, standards, and practices, 4) Coordinating/leading multi-discipline design efforts. Experience with formal processes to assess safety and environmental risks, and implement solutions is desirable.
• Demonstrated project execution experience on large complex projects in Phase 3 and Phase 4.
• Has a broad knowledge of upstream facilities design, specifically with regard to reliability, availability and maintainability.
• Experienced overseeing/ coordinating/ leading the efforts of the client and contractor multi-discipline teams that interface during project design and execution.
