The Role:
Mechanical engineering degree or relevant engineering, with 3 years experience in either engineering / maintenance/ operation background in Oil and Gas Industry;
Fundamental operating principles of industrial process systems;
Strong interpersonal skills that can work across organizational lines and form alliances.
Strong leadership and team building skills with proven track record in delivering business results;
Solid experience in Reliability and Integrity Management systems and analysis (ORIP, RCA, RCM, RRM/PMO, OE etc) application experience and strong facilitation skills are essential.
Experience using Reliability tools such as Pareto analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) preferred.
SAP PM, M&I measures dashboard, as it applies to the requirements of the position.
Experience of managing change.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to make presentations and write effective reports
Ability to work in team environments-communicate, understand and work within the dynamics of a multi functional and multi location environment
Team and self motivation skills
Ability to analyse and find solutions to problems.
Ability to perform tasks within established deadlines
Fluently written and spoken English skills
