The Company:
Our Client oversees and manages all the operations associated with major LNG projects.

The Role:
To provide technical expertise to meet the objectives of Company and the Reliability Engineering Section. Perform and coordinate reliability activities in RG onshore and offshore
facilities. Utilizes conventional Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and other industry accepted reliability techniques to analyse equipment and produce cost effective strategies to ensure the safe and reliable operation of company facilities. Work in a dual reporting matrix role for both Engineering Team. Respond to site to assist in LNG train recovery (as soon as practicable) during unscheduled outages where production is affected. Work in a wide-ranging environment without strict parameters. Have a high degree of freedom in leading initiatives. Consults and review with engineers and stakeholders before executing fixes or changes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
B.S.C. in a relevant engineering discipline, or recognized equivalent.
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to lead teams.
Must be computer literate and preferable have exposure to large scale databases with the ability to write simple SQL queries.
Adaptable to a multinational environment with a wide exposure to various cultures.
Must have knowledge of CMMS (SAP preferable) planned maintenance (PM) module;
Must have undertaken formal facilitation training e.g. 2 week Facilitators course.
Preferable training and experience of Meridium.
Preferable Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certified by SMRP.
Must have twelve (12) years Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
Must have six (6) years Reliability Engineering experience.
Must have extensive experience with the following techniques and methodologies: Root
Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Reliability Centred main
