The company's broad portfolio includes power, analog, DSP, mixed-signal, advance logic, clock management and standard component devices.
•Equipment Engineer will be involved in the design and development of reliability stress equipment and hardware, including chambers, motherboards, driverboards and DUT cards.
•The engineer will focus on complex hardware development, setup and buyoff for various reliability stresses including static/dynamic burn-in and power temp cycle. He will also be assigned various hardware and software projects related to electrical and electronics.
•He will be in charge of various reliability equipment, instruments and hardware.

•Conceptualize and develop hardware solutions for burn-in and similar stresses like Power Temp Cycling, and High Temperature Operating Life
•Design biasing hardware for static and dynamic burn-in capability including motherboards, driverboards and load cards for both analog and digital applications
•Develop hardware solutions and software programs for in-situ Test During Burn-in (TDBI) and Test During Reliability (TDR).
•Design and develop PCB solutions for semiconductor devices/modules.
•Characterize chamber, hardware and DUT performance at various stress conditions.
•Perform temperature profiling, humidity profiling and voltage monitoring.
•Develop/acquire instruments, fixtures and connectors needed to support various reliability stresses.
•Owner of preventive maintenance and calibration for various equipment and hardware
•Responsible for the continuous uptime of equipment and hardware assigned to him
•Responsible for the acquisition and buyoff of related hardware and software for reliability stress applications
•Create and maintain specs, documentation and training documents for various equipment and hardware.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
•Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
•Minimum 7 years relevant experience, preferably with reliability lab equipment, hardware development, and chamber/tester technology
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
•Solid electronics/electrical background particularly in power electronics and analog/digital applications.
•Physics and mechanical knowledge is an advantage (heat transfer, airflow, humidity control)
•Experience in programming. Preferred languages include VBA, SQL, Python, assembly language.
•Knowledgeable in Excel or JMP
•Strong analytical thinking
•Resourceful; able to work independently
•Able to understand and follow instructions
•Good in verbal and written English
