The Role:
• Ensure effective and efficient operation of reliability contracts across the region.
• Support regional reliability engineers in improving overall equipment reliability, availability and capacity:
- Perform root cause analysis, failure mode assessment, recommendations and reporting;
- Gain understanding of systemic and chronic failures and develop plan to eliminate;
- Conduct site tours, identify preventative activities and make recommendations; and
- Understand customer needs, quantify benefits and prepare proposals.
• Enforce the routine monitoring and reporting of reliability performance and contract profitability across all sites:
- Ensure integrity of reliability data management, trending, analysis and reporting;
- Track plant schedules, maintenance history, upgrade plans and proposals; and
- Monitor contract KPIs and generate monthly reliability reports.
• Manage internal & external training needs analysis, training plan development and delivery.
• Build relationships with key end-users across the region and ensure contract needs are met.
• Identify best practices and benchmarks and propagate across reliability teams within region.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of experience in a proactive reliability environment required.
• Demonstrated experience managing reliability contracts required. Knowledge of rotating equipment and other related equipment in the Oil and Gas sector preferred.
• Understanding of advanced analytics, inventory management models and total cost of ownership concepts required.
• Strong program management capabilities, particularly in a sales environment.
• Must be an independent, self-starter who is results oriented.
• A good team player with the ability to work across cultures and in a matrixed organization.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills and command of the English language a must. Ability to write concise technical reports in a formal and professional manner.
