The Role:
Job Purpose:
To undertake onshore co-ordination of integrity repair orders (ROs).

Key Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate the execution of integrity repair orders within the framework laid out by TI-042 (Inspection Query and Repair Order
• Ensure that the repair order tracker is accurate and corresponds to the asset plan.
• Co-ordinate piping surveys.
• Raise repair order related purchase orders (POs) - depending on asset, there may be a requirement to assist in raising non-RO
related POs.
• Work closely with the asset scheduler to ensure that the tracker corresponds with the asset plan.
• Facilitate bi-weekly IQ/RO meeting.
• Weekly reporting on RO KPIs.
• Produce monthly graph to provide higher management with a snap shot of RO status.
• Make initial assessment of a new RO and determine the appropriate method of repair.
• Identify when a repair order cannot be executed before the specified technical expiry date and discuss integrity risk with the
asset integrity engineer (e.g propose additional wall thickness checks or request isolation of defective plant).
• Identify when a temporary repair is necessary and then apply the appropriate solution based on process conditions and repair
product limitations.
• Determine when to delegate the execution of an RO to the engineering contractor (e.g. WGPSN) and then oversee the survey,
design and fabrication of the solution.
• Raise requisitions for RO related activity.
• Determine where like-for-like replacements can be fabricated from existing isometrics, arrange for on-site dimension checks and
then liaise directly with an authorised fabricator to manufacture the requied pipe work.
• Initiate eMOCs for non like-for-like repairs and facilitate / record the associated risk assessment.
• Initiate eMOCs for temporary repairs.
• Manage the asset register of piping repairs and ensure comliane with TI-026 (Weldless Repairs to Piping).
• Expedite RO related materials and liaise with logistics support to ensure materials / equipment arrive in accordance with the
asset plan.
• Prepare internal work packs for minor modifications and small projects.
• Work with the projects and modifications team to engineer solutions for larger integrity repair orders.
• Manage the asset repair order budget and forecast future costs.
• Liaise with TAR team for execution of production outage dependant ROs.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Ability to review and refine work packs for larger repairs.
• Prior experience of a management of change process.
• Proficient in the use of Excel.
• Awareness of piping survey methods (Cloudworx, basic isometric sketching) and be able to determine which is appropriate
depending on piping system / complexity.
• Experienced in piping engineering with a good working knowledge of piping systems, piping materials, mechanical connectors,
fittings and jointing.
• Ability to generate internal workpacks for like for like replacements and smaller repairs.
• Understanding of P&IDs, Isometrics, line lists, pipework specs.
• Experience with different repair technologies (clamps, swaged connectors, engineered wraps, non-engineered wraps etc).
• Ability to review, understand & interpret technical documentation.
• Good understanding & awareness of offshore processes & working practices.
