The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.

In Australia they are involved in one of the largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in FEED (Front End Engineering Design) Stage.

The Role:
Your role as the Reporting Coordinator and working in the Project Services Team is to collect input, collate and edit Project Report documentation, principally the Project Monthly Report and be the focal point and champion of increasing project reporting effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:
• From various sources across the project location monthly report collation, editing and issue in line with published reporting procedure and calendar.
• Coordinating the process of review, endorsement and distribution.
• Focal point for increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of published project reporting.
• Ongoing maintenance and update of other project reporting mechanisms such as Key Performance Indicators, scorecards and dashboards.
• Identify and support the development of improvements in the reporting systems and process in order to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the exercise

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• +5 years experience in word processing and a project reporting environment.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Excellent MS Word and Adobe skills.
• Excellent general communication skills across the various levels of an organisation across multiple locations.
• Experience in technical document development and editing.
• Requires ability to extract information from a diverse cross section of project personnel and transform this input into a predefined format.
• Experience as a power user of reporting systems and tools.
• Should have a wider knowledge of capital project reporting.
• Requires a good understanding of development project lifecycles and specific reporting parameters.
• Ability to work to deadlines and execute responsibilities with established timeframes.
