The Role:
We are looking for an experienced individual with exceptional requirements management skills, as well as solid communications skills, strong energy industry and/or logistics operations background, and a great team attitude. This role will serve as a Requirements SME within the Teleios team. The Requirements SME is responsible for centralizing and managing program requirements and requests across multiple releases. The Requirements SME will also support other team members in testing, training, support, communications, and performance analytics.

• Leverage technical and business experience to develop, update, and maintain business requirements across multiple releases
• Ensure requirements are developed, written, and communicated to provide clarity and to remove ambiguity for technical and business teams
• Leverage technical and business experience to assess currently developed requirements
• Consolidate requirements and requests
• Drive effort to prioritize and determine disposition of requirements and requests
• Leverage technical and business experience, as well as leading practices, to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement processes and tools to maintain requirements (receive, review, prioritize, and report)
• Develop and implement requirements-based QA strategy and plans
• Provide input and support into team’s testing, training, communications, performance analytics, and field support efforts
• Provide on-call field support coverage, as needed
• Support project management, plans, and processes
• Ensure support of logistics processes, systems, and personnel
• Attend required meetings and provide updates
• Conduct brown bags or other requested knowledge sharing opportunities
• Participate in activities that expand your functional and technical expertise
• Develop solid understanding of the business concepts and capabilities of the iLogistics system
• Be self-motivated and a team player
• Have a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute and resolve issues

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Must have deep experience and repeated success in managing requirements throughout the SDLC
• Must possess outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal
• Must display excellent interpersonal skills and be able to clearly communicate with various user and technical communities
• Must have experience with HPQC and Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to adapt and exhibit professionalism within team, with management, and with clients
• Must remain focused on delivery, minding timelines, requirements, and budgets
• Must be willing to travel occasionally to offshore locations, if needed
