The Company:
Our Client is one of the world's largest Oil and Gas companies. Their operations cover the entire energy chain, including oil exploration and production to trading, shipping and refining and marketing of petroleum products, as well as chemicals. The Role:
•Reservoir databases:
•Experienced with reservoir engineering data (perforations, PLT, well tests etc.) to perform validation in reservoir engineering corporate database (GADaMa). This will involve working on behalf of reservoir engineers investigating interpretation data, reports and PLT analysis data. Liaise closely with reservoir engineers to upload their interpretation data into GADaMa.
•Act as an administrator for reservoir engineering corporate database (GADaMa).
•Schedule and facilitate vendor on-site support visits for GaDaMa and OFM support.

•Applications planning and support:
•Attain a broad view of the reservoir engineering applications portfolio - understand the key functionality and workflow of each application.
•Point of contact for Petroleum Engineer’s applications support; Eclipse, PetrelRE, OFM, Saphir, Emerald, IPM Suite, S3GRAF, REToolBox & CrystalBall.
•Work closely with geoscience & IT support - replicating issues and/or liaise with the software vendor to resolve; user acceptance testing for new applications or upgrades.
•Establish yourself with the user community as the "go-to person" for reservoir application support and workflow queries in relation to core applications eg. IPM Suite and Eclipse.
•Provide technical support to integrated asset modelling teams.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•BSc in Petroleum or Reservoir Engineering essential. MSc desireable.
•Experience in using Eclipse and IPM Suite (RESOLVE, PROSPER, MBAL & GAP) essential. Experience in Ecrin Suite and OFM highly desired.
•Strong understanding of Reservoir Engineering interpretation data
•Ability to produce training/workflow materials
•Strong problem solving skills - the ability to resolve queries from user community with a high level of satisfaction
