The Company:
The UK’s leading provider of data and information management services to the Exploration & Production industry.

The Role:
As a result of significant expansion and as part of our strategy for sustained growth we are seeking an internal Resourcing Manager. As Resourcing Manager you will work to with the companies’ pre-sales team, sales personnel, onsite consultants and through other external channels to identify new employees for the business, building and maintaining extensive networks, and to attract and secure personnel to meet our business plans.

As a Resource Manager / Internal Recruitment Manager your main duties will involve:
• A people focused approach and personal style, with experience in recruitment activities or professional services resourcing
• Excellent networking skills with the ability to represent the company persuasively with potential employees
• The ability, probably from having a technical background or services delivery experience, to understand the services we offer and their value to the industry and the types of skills and personnel who would therefore fit us well
• A proactive approach, with the energy and drive to continuously seek out and build relationships with potential desirable employees at all levels of experience
• A client-focused attitude, and passion for excellence
• The ability to contribute as a constructive member of a team of experienced professionals in a sometimes demanding and multi-tasking environment.
• An understanding of operational scheduling of consultants onto projects and services.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
As a Resource Manager / Internal Recruitment Manager you will have experience:
• An understanding of oil and gas exploration and production technical business processes, information technology environments and/or information management related services would be highly advantageous but not essential.
• Background within recruitment management possibly from an agency background.
