Our client is a global operator in the oil and gas sector.

The Role:
Role synopsis:

This position will provide support to the R&M and C&F Resourcing team. He/she will work with three colleagues to support the needs of this newly formed team. He/she will be a valued team member that delivers quality work in a fast-paced and exciting environment. He/she will clearly understand the needs of the customers and quickly build rapport and a shared sense of purpose. He/she will get exposed to a variety of customers and stakeholders at all levels.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual looking to deploy their skills in a growing team.

Key accountabilities:

- Coordinating recruitment and assessment activities and processes to fill recruiting requirements for graduates (Challenge Programme) and experienced hires (Future Leaders Programme).
- Work with other members of the team to plan annual recruitment activity and training calendar.
- Coordination of recruitment events (i.e. presentations, networking events, linkage with Energy Clubs) at universities/business schools, including build campus teams.
- Support implementation of the Interview Skills Training project including management of enrolment of employees, logistics and material preparations.
- Coordination of the UK Induction Programmes for all new hires and of the Challenge and Future Leaders Programme Induction Programmes globally.
- Support people data management and documentation material on the SharePoint sites for Induction Programme, Challenge Programme and Future Leaders Programme.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
A Bachelor Degree within Human Resources Project Management qualifications.
Oil and Gas Industry experience.
Project management skills and strong performance bias.
Good proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and outlook.
Ability to work with confidentiality on a daily basis.
Strong team working, collaboration and networking skills.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
He/she will be very flexible and willing to share the workload during periods of peak demand and requests. He/she should be open, honest and eager to clarify and confirm requests when necessary. He/she must be very proactive, anticipating events before they occur. Meeting deadlines is important, but producing quality work is the key deliverable.
