The Company:
Our client specialises in the whole process of the commissioning of bespoke solutions for the nuclear and defence markets.

The Role:
To provide support to the business as a whole, on all activities related to recruiting new talent into a specialist nuclear client. The role is also responsible for producing and analysing all recruitment related information.

Key responsibilities include the production of recruitment information, responding to daily enquiries and communicating with managers, candidates and recruitment agencies, ensuring a n efficient recruitment process for all stakeholders.

This role will also involve:
- Working very closely alongside the Resource and Talent Manager to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- CV screening and distribution for hiring managers.
- Manage advert response via various recruitment platforms and ensure an efficient and professional process for the candidate.
- Manage the relevant recruitment inboxes, communicating with both internal and external candidates throughout the recruitment process, as well as with recruitment agencies.
- Act as an expert user on recruitment software.
- Analysis, interpretation and accurate reporting of recruitment data.
- Provide hiring advice to internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Proven track record in technical engineering recruitment.
- Highly proficient in the analysis of recruitment data.
- Eager to take responsibility for the entire recruitment process.
- Effective and accomplished communicator at all levels.
- Microsoft Office packages to advanced level – Word, Power Point, Outlook in most importantly Excel.
- Proficient user of recruitment software and ability to adapt quickly to new software.
