The Role:
On behalf of our client, we are currently sourcing for an experienced internal recruiter for a Resourcing Advisor position. This exciting position is primarily responsible for contractor management and liaising with recruitment agencies within the ABU. The ideal candidate will possess a can do approach and positive attitude, with existing end to end experience with contractor management. This is an opportunity to join a globally established Oil and Gas operator for an initial contract of 12 months.
As the successful candidate your responsibilities will include e but not be limited to:

  • Coordination of recruitment approval documents in conjunction with HRBP.
  • Engaging and corresponding with agencies for talent sourcing and contactor setup.
  • Manage agency enquiries relating to contractors, agency agreement, invoicing and grievances.
  • Working alongside hiring managers to short-list candidates and coordinating behaviour based phone and face to face interviews.
  • Coordinating and reviewing psychometric testing, pre-employment medicals, and reference checking.
  • Provide assistance and advice to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Responsible for preparing Letters of Assignment and related contractor setup documents.
  • Creating and processing new contractor paperwork and rate reviews.
  • Coordination of contractor inductions, IT system setup and setup of information in SAP.
  • Coordination of contractor mobilisation, demobilisation, FIFO terms, allowances and relocations.
  • Conduct benchmarking and rate adjustments for contractors.
  • Review and provide advice on agency mark up costs.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in internal recruitment with at least of 10 years' overall recruitment experience within the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Highly desired experience within an Oil and Gas operator.
  • Preferred basic SAP experience and experience using an integrated HRM system.
  • Previous experience managing end to end permanent and contract recruitment positions on a national and global level.
  • Essential experience working alongside recruitment agencies and has an understanding of third party contractual employment relationships.
  • Solid experience in administration inclusive of high volumes of document control, contract preparation and maintenance.
  • Experience in general HR activities such as HR policy application, performance management, salary review, employee on-boarding and induction processes.
  • Essential training in targeted selection and recruitment.
