The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
SALES - Reporting to the Skills & Leadership Development Manager, the Retail Capability Development Manager (Sales) will own the Customer Experience Learner Journeys related to Sales, including New Car sales, Approved Pre-owned, Fleet & Business and Finance & Insurance. The Retail Capability Development Manager will ensure that Retail employees in roles related to Sales are developed appropriately through the development, implementation, maintenance, evaluation and update of these Learner Journeys. This role will work closely with Regional Training Managers, the wider Global Network Learning & Development team and 3rd party suppliers to ensure that the Learner Journeys support the 2020 Vision, delivering a consistent, premium Customer Experience via the Retail Network.

The successful applicant should be highly effective across the following criteria:
Candidate should have at least 3 years of Learning & Development experience, ideally within an automotive or retail organisation
* Previous experience in training needs analysis, solution development, learning delivery and evaluation at a Global, Regional or Market level
* Previous successful experience in delivering multiple projects on time and to budget

Degree obtained, ideally 2:1 or above.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
A good understanding of the Sales operation within an automotive retail network (Desirable)
* Previous experience in working with a Franchise operation (Desirable)
* Previous successful experience of implementing global programs in regions/markets (Desirable)
