The Role:
Interim position for 6 months with potential to turn Permanent

The Store Manager for the store in Regent Street is the main point of contact from Head Office to the store. He/she has the full responsibility for all the operations and the performance of the store.

• Manage the full operation of the Central London store
• Full operations of store
• Maximise sales and reach store targets
• Ensure full customer service satisfaction
• Ensure representation of the Company brand to high standard visual
• Lead and motivate staff
• Control and manage store costs
• Proactive management of store stock
• Ensure effective communication with head office
• Training of all store team in product/selling and customer service
• Full reporting of all the financials related to the Store operations (sales, costs, promotions and discounts, data capture for high potential customers, etc)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Sales and Marketing education
• Experience and knowledge of sales and customer Relations
• Operational and sales focused, experienced staff driver, shop floor base
• Extensive retail experience as a store manager for a high turnover store
• Friendly, great communicator, sales orientated, attention to detail
