The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
RFLNG Integrated Schedule
• Develop Integrated Schedule : Coordinate/drive the Business Process Area Management to develop integration & interdependency links between all the different components of the business and capture in the RFLNG Integrated Schedule to provide transparency of effort & “pull” across the project.
• Track Progress : Coordinate Business Process Area management to track progress for RFLNG Integrated Schedule
• Analyse Schedule : Coordinate Business Process Areas to analyse RFLNG Integrated Schedule
• Scenarios : Lead provision of scenario planning to support Senior Management decision making. Reporting – Drive the appropriate analysis of all supplied data for reporting to Senior Management Team.
• Check Inputs : Coordinate the sanity check of progressed data for verification.
• Reporting Narratives : Coordinate the Business Process Areas to develop narratives based on progress outcomes and issues/risks to be included in the Management Team Report.
• Distribute Report : to the Management Team and Business Process Area representatives including traffic light status and KPI’s to highlight key successes & Issues.
• Timely : Distribute reports on time. RFLNG Project Schedule
• Schedule : Drive the maintenance of the RFLNG Project schedule.
• Scorecard : Maintain RFLNG Internal Scorecard. Self Assurance and Continuous Improvement
• Ensure compliance to Corporate and Business Unit specific planning and reporting standards.
• Drive Continuous improvement on planning and reporting process.It involves liaising with Senior Management & Upper Management personnel to develop world class, best practice business processes within the

Project to ensure efficient, cost effective results in the LNG arena. RFLNG scope is to facilitate and drive discussion/effort to ascertain the integration between the Business Process Areas to achieve full understanding of all business interdependencies prior to startup. This position will involve heavy liaison with the Management Team and the Mangers of all Business Process Areas. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is able to interface effectively with Senior Management. This position will be pivotal in analysing issues confronting the business and its associated process areas, highlighting and resolving any process integration issues early and then planning the mitigation of these issues with the Interface Leads across the project.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• University Degree
• Desirable – at least 10 years experience in large scale industry (preferably Oil & Gas).
• Desirable – In depth understanding of large scale business processes and how they link together Ability to align to planning processes & standards Strong Primavera P6 experience
• Strong Excel experience. Strong analytical & communication skills.
• P6 certificates.
