The Role:
We are putting together a team of accomplished Drilling professionals to travel on a 20/20 rotation around the globe, investigating drilling operations and advising on best practice, whilst audit led we are not looking for applications from auditors.

There is a specific focus on developing a team of Drilling/Rig Managers at the peak of their knowledge, you'll bring your experience and expertise to multiple sites around the world, helping to streamline process, assess practices and procedures and document findings and recommendations before communicating them back to your senior management team.

We are especially interested in hearing from applicants with a demonstrable background in Drilling Operations & Drilling Equipment (5-10 years in a managerial position in either discipline), international offshore experience is a must.

You'll be travelling internationally, gathering and analysising information and using your own knoweldge and experience to determine goals and guideline amendments to current working practices.

These new positions will be of particular interest to former Rig Managers, Drilling Superintendents and Well Site Leaders looking for an opportunity with a Global Operator, and all the benefits that come with it. Competition for the roles is significant so applicants must meet the following criteria before they can be considered:

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Extensive Drilling Operations Management (5-10 years minimum)
Knowledge of Deepwater Operations, Well Control techniques and HPHT wells OR Rig & Drilling Equipment
Knowledge of recognised training and competency standards for personnel involved in drilling operations
Experience of report writing, delivery of presentations and chairing meetings

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
A demonstrable technical audit, safety audit OR general auditing track record would be an advantage but is not essential provided all other criteria has been met
