The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our client is looking for a Risk and Change Management Lead to become the champion of risk management and change management processes and systems.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Support the Project Interface Manager and Technical Director in meeting the needs of the risk and change discipline teams.
• Develop risk management & management of change processes that will assist the development of the Project to provide value assurance to shareholders and project leaders which will also provide a foundation for development of other operated projects
• Liaise with the respective Divisional Directors and project management teams to identify and mitigate risks on the Project.
• Support the risk professionals/coordinators to facilitate the mitigation of risks linked to change management across the project divisions/functions.
• Support the MoC Engineers and change coordinators in managing interface communications across the project, including coordination meetings, workshops, reports and briefings.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to be considered you will have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following commercial, technical and interpersonal aspects:

• Min 17 yrs. experience in Offshore Oil & Gas Facilities engineering design, procurement, construction and commissioning with a good understanding of technical integrity management systems, project management systems, quality and technical assurance systems, change management, deviation/query management

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Be able to lead, provide guidance and steer to the Senior Risk Advisor, as well as senior project managers and corporate parties, on the risk management activities e.g. risk reviews, project top-10 risks, compliance audits, improvements to risk management processes etc.
• Be able to engage with project divisional teams to describe the value and benefits of risk management activities on the project and be able to bring alignment and endorsement of proposed approach
• Ensuring that planning and execution of the project risk reviews take place smoothly with the project teams aware of and adequately prepared for the reviews and review teams having access to the necessary material and resources to undertake a meaningful review.
