The Role:
Location: Bangkok Based
Hiring Duration: 5 yrs and basic 1 year renewable contract
Key Job Responsibilities:
• RISK (50%): Develop and deploy risk management processes and procedures, facilitate meetings to update all risks and uncertainties across the upstream development, coordinate with the risk owners to ensure the correct risks are identified and being actively managed, and maintain the project risk register to record project execution risks and mitigation plans and track action items through closeout. Communicate status of risk mitigation plan formation with Project team. Monitor contractors’ risk register(s) to track risk progress from identification to close out. Participate randomly in contractor risk meetings to ensure that contractor risk activities are prioritized in line with project objectives. Review contractor execution plans to ensure compliance with the project risk management plan and recommend necessary adjustments. Provide training and guidance to the team for the above mentioned risk management tools and processes. Provide regular interaction with information owners to compile updates to risk register. Provide basic analysis of compiled data to observe trends and reallocate resources to address gaps. Generate monthly risk report for communication to all stakeholders.
• ASSURANCE (20%): Support the Development of a coordinated project-wide assurance plan. this plan will be comprehensive and will include upstream/downstream, drilling, subsurface and commercial. Maintain the project assurance register to record agreements and track action items through closeout. Facilitate assurance coordination meetings for the project team; coordinate with project assurance owners to ensure activities are being actively managed. Provide additional support to the air manager, as required.
• DECISION (30%): Develop and deploy decision processes and procedures that records quality decision-making and creates controlled centralized repository of all key decisions documentation. Maintain the project decision register to track decision progress and reporting. Provide regular interaction with information owners to compile updates to decision register. Provide basic analysis of compiled data to observe trends and reallocate resources to address gaps.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Require at least bachelor degree in Engineering
• Has more than 12 years working experience in Risk management, and experienced in Project Assurance plan and develop decision process and procedures would be advantage.
• Strong abilities in the use of Microsoft Office prgram(i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio)
• Attention to detail and can woork independently from a thorough understanding of program goals
• Develop and document processes and procedures from a blank sheet of paper, create and format management reports
• Clear and concise verbal and written communications both Thai and English
• Excellent typing skills
• Prioritize, plan, and organize multiple tasks concurrently and effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Understand technical jargon and relate technical topics to non-technical people
