The Role:
Responsible for ensuring steady supply and adequate stock level for raw materials for all Asian plants
• Conducting pre-S&OP and S&OP for raw materials
• Ensuring the balance between needs and supply of raw materials to support the SF and Finished goods production
• Addressing supply or capacity issues that will pose a danger in meeting production requirements of each site, defining scenarios and facilitating decision making
• Deploying and controlling application of the group stock normative method in all sites in the zone
• Reporting and controlling the level of raw material inventory per site, country and launching corrective actions when needed
• Contributing to the evolution of RM and SF in the zone by taking ownership of processes for supply planning and stock in case of phase in phase out or industrialization.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in MBA, International Business Management, Marketing, Logistic & Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- At least 5 years experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Procurement
- Fluent in English, very good computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal skills, good communication, strong personality
- Good Planning, problem solving and decision making ability
