A Major Oil & Gas company.

The Role:
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: • The position will require daily knowledge and tracking of agreements and submitted bond applications. It will also necessitate keeping current with requirements under oil and gas act laws and regulations as they are updated and operations expand to new areas • Correspond with various departments within the organization to acquire data necessary to prepare the bond applications • Work closely with legal and asset development departments to obtain approval for proposed road bonding approaches • Ensure that road bonding coverage is provided in a manner to meet the needs of the drilling schedule • Attend meetings to discuss bonding issues and as well as preparing status reports on submitted and in-process applications • Work closely with state and local agency personnel that are involved with processing and approving bond applications and agreements • Develop a working knowledge of road bonding requirements within Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio • Attend workshops and training sessions to maintain current knowledge of changing regulations

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred. Experience in lieu of education okay.
Knowledge of the gas industry and road bonding
•Strong Communications skills; ability to professionally communicate both verbally and electronically, Road Use Agreements among, legal team, local municipalities & their solicitors, State agencies and the security team •Keen eye for contract language •Advanced Excel skills •Knowledge of the gas industry •Ability to efficiently use GIS; Esri , ArcMap •Strong organizational skills to effectively track negotiations with all parties involved in reaching a “meeting of the minds” on Road Use agreements with numerous agencies at once
