The Company:
A leading Australian coal seam gas explorer and producer focused on developing its world-class reserves for domestic and international supply. With their globally recognised project currently moving from construction and commissioning stage, through to operations and maintenance phase, Maintenance Supervisors are sought to join their permanent workforce.

The Role:
As an experienced Rotating Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, you will display a clear history in working within CSG, power stations, refineries, or related fields. Your exposure to preventative maintenance programs will outweigh inevitable reactive work, showing a proven safety mentality throughout.

You will be able to clearly justify your ability to maintain and repair high speed gas turbines, reciprocating or screw compressors (and similar) processing equipment through isolations, as opposed to large-scale shut-down projects. Existing well site and field compression station maintenance exposure is highly desirable.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to show experience managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that programs, schedules, permits and tag-out procedures are properly in place and met. Options also exist for candidates at a Superintendent level.

This is a permanent position based in the Surat Basin, on a 2/2 (15/13 roster) travelling during company time, with the point of origin being Brisbane. Applicants interstate who are able to meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply, however will be expected to front travel costs to/from Brisbane if interested in the role. Remuneration is in the form of a fixed wage, with included benefits such as and annual bonus, accumulated and extra leave, private health insurance as well as salary sacrificing options.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Applicants are required to submit an accurate CV, outlining the specifications of equipment maintained and serviced, including name/brand and speed or power output and must be able to confidentially discuss their maintenance structures.
