The Role:
Job Summary
Utilizes general knowledge of oil and gas rig-up procedures, flow back operating procedures, and maintenance procedures for flow back equipment. Assists with the rig-up or operation of frac equipment, water capture equipment, flow back, and coil tubing drill-out equipment. Assist with the general maintenance of light plants, flow back equipment, and frac tanks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Required to work day and night shifts, overtime, and weekends if necessary; responsible for responding to call-outs when needed.
• Provides routine maintenance such as valve repair, flow back iron repair, light plant repair, and miscellaneous repairs on oil and gas frac, flow back, and water transfer equipment.
• Provides labor and equipment for rig-up of oil and gas tank batteries, oil and gas flow back equipment, water transfer equipment, and artificial lift installations.
• Provides additional and/or replacement equipment when needed.
• Monitors the flow back water, tubing/casing pressures, test water samples for TDS and PH, and submit daily reports to production with limited supervision.
• Monitors and operates pumps, piping, and flow meters for water transfer process.
• Possess good communication/ computer skills in order to submit the production reports, communicate with LOC to remove flow back water, and communicate the well history to the production foremen.
• Analyze data and make any required adjustments in a timely manner
• Trains for the duties and responsibilities of other Field Service Roustabout positions.
• Adheres to all Company Policies and all HS&E practices, policies, and procedures.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A valid Driver’s License is required; a CDL license is preferred.
• Oil and gas experience is preferred.
• Must have good HS&E practices and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook & Excel).
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis.
Skill Level 1
• Minimal oil and gas rig-up experience.
• Capable of working day and night shifts, overtime and weekends when needed.
• Direct supervision required a majority of the time while performing job duties.
Skill Level 2
• Knowledge/experience of frac, water capture, water transfer, flow back, and coil tubing rig-up procedures.
• Capable of performing routine maintenance on light plants, tanks, flow back lines, and water transfer lines.
• Capable of tracking water and performing routine test for flow back.
• Able to identify and determine specifications of all flow back and water transfer equipment.
