The Role:
• To manage and coordinate the SBS RtR Back-Office interacting with the Process Manager and Regional Operational Process Manager to ensure the service delivery of that unit is up-to-standard;
• To deliver KPI’s and SLA’s and to ensure cost efficiency, process improvement of the accounting processes and customer satisfaction.
• To develop a customer centric behavior inside the units.
• Maintain knowledge about own domain & Customer business
o Keep updated about relevant requirements for the activities he/she manages.
o Learn & share best practices.
o Inform him/herself about the satisfaction of actors involved and efficiency of own process.
o Follow technological developments within own domain.
• Ensure correct processing of data
o Negotiate with his/her internal customers, the SLA’s and follow these up
o Control & report the KPIs / SLA’s to the own management and internal customers
o Implement and follow up process descriptions, performance parameters and security procedures to ensure performance is up-to-standard
o Resolve escalated problems and issues
o Represent the process in case of audits
o Ensure Risk Management mitigation plan is in place (DRP)

• Provide timely financial information and reports
o Supervise and follow up that all accounting activities associated with the recording and reporting of financial information, are executed timely and accurately.
o Ensure proper control of financial reports before sending them to internal customers.
• Ensure continuous improvement Processes & activities
o Have regular contacts with stakeholders in order to identify improvement needs.
o Propose process improvements.
o Adapt systems and procedures to changes in Group’s policies, rules and procedures, auditor’s recommendations, and new business needs.
o Follow up, review, improve and challenge working methods, procedures and SBS organization.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economic
at least 10 years Experiences in Accounting or Finance
3 years in management position
Knowledge in SAP, IFRS
