The Role:
Developing and implementation of sub element processes in-line with Asia Pacific Envelope schedule for the cluster
Assist the local teams to develop and monitor and track the implementation of Local Conformance Plans comprised of risk-priority actions
Provide and organize and process training.
Facilitate the annual gap assessment in as part of PIC.
Review, analyse gaps and development of gap closure plan with the country process owner and/or process stakeholders, for all applicable Lubricants Technical Practices in alignment and conformity requirements.
Support the development of and monitor the execution of the gap closure action plan and report to local leadership team of the progress.
Participate in HSSE training and discussions, workplace inspections and audits, and assist in the resolution of health and safety issues as required.
Contribute to successful implementation of HSSE programmes and initiatives
Support the local HSSE programmes
To meet the deadlines and deliver under pressure with low response time.
Ensure the sustainability of the countries in their Performance Improvement Cycle (PIC) to continuously improve the HSSEQ performance through the year on year completion of the PIC and delivered the metric of HSSE and Quality performance.
Drive the continuous improvement in the implementation process through sharing of best practice across the ASEAN cluster on ways to improve and standardisation of the template/procedure via online.
Any Other Relevant Information (Particular reference to planning (nature and impact), scope of impact (Team,BU,Segment,globally)
This role would be accountable for the implementation of Asia & Pacific - ASEAN countries cluster (Thailand, Indonesia including Japan & Korea) of GSC Plants and CF organization.
Deliver according to the conformance milestones of each element in accordance to Implementation and conformance plan.
Delivered key Manufacturing’s HSSE KPIs (Safety Observation & Conversations, Near Miss/Stop Work reporting) & Support the Quality KPIs

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a technical discipline
Minimum 8 years working experience and 5 years preferred in HSSE in multinational business environment
Experience with ISO Management System (ISO 9001/ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001)
Knowledge of both the international and local HSSE legislation as desirable
Leadership skill
