The Role:
Responsible for delivery and onshore support for all safety equipment issues

Accountabilities and End Results:
Applying expertise in the area of safety equipment to safely and efficiently maintain the clients field assets.

Primary Functions:
• Provide expertise in the following areas:-
• Life-rafts and Lifeboats
• Fire extinguishers
• Safety showers
• Escape sets/Grab bags/Life jackets/Immersion suits
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Escape routes/signage
• BA sets and associated fire team equipment
• Potable Water management
• Helideck maintenance and foam sampling
• Galley and associated accommodation safety equipment
• Deluge Testing
• Action safety equipment technical queries, loss causation actions, VES and A&OI actions
• Participate in HAZOPS, Risk Assessments and change screens as required.
• Manage of assigned contracts
• Track associated repairs/spares
• Create relevant workpacks/workplans
• Review of assigned planned maintenance routines
• Ensure change control procedure compliance

Critical Skills:
1. Core Technical Experience
• Experience of oil-field based safety equipment
• Use of SAP Plant Maintenance Module
• Raise notifications as necessary
• Provide technical input to notifications and work orders as required
• Review and verify completed work orders as necessary
• Proficient with the Microsoft suite of tools
