Our client is an International world renowned EPC (Engineering, procurement, construction) company. They have chosen to fabricate LNG plant production and storage modules as well as associated piping and racks in Lumut

The Role:
Job Description

To ensure that the administrative requirements with respect to the conduct of HSES training for the area are met in a timely and effective manner .

• Sole administrator of the HSES training database
• Work with are HSES training Manager in the preparation of training activity plan and forecast.
• Assist in developing training packages
• Ensure the training rooms are furnished, cleaned, stocked with training materials to service the ongoing needs of the workspace.
• Manage training room bookings
• Active presenters of timetable requirements
• Schedule classes and employees for training.
• Establish and maintain contact as well as coordinate with external training providers with regards to scheduling of training
• Ensure all training records are updated regularly.
