The Company:
Our client is a mjor oil and gas Operating Company in the State of Qatar

The Role:
the role of the Safety Instrumented Systems Engineer (SIS) is to provide technical assistance for all aspect of gas plant safety instrumented system installation, commissioning and start-up to ensure safe and operationally reliable systems

Facilitate interfaces among the onshore project team and the EPC contractor's organisations with respect to SIS issues.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
-Bachelor of Science in Engineering (or equivalent)
-Minimum of 5 years experience in major oil & gas capital project SIS installation, commissioning, and start-up troubleshouting.
-Competent expertise in HAZOP and SIL studies and the resultant SIS design, including input sensors, control logic and final control elements.
-Experiene working in multiculural environments

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience working on client team is desirable
