The Company:
Our client specialises in delivering high value, low risk, Engineering and Service Support Solutions to Automotive Test Facilities and Industrial & Marine market sectors.

The Role:
Service Department Responsibilities:
Liaise regularly with the service engineers and sub-contractors and maintain the Contract Tracker system.
• Liaise with engineers to ensure the service repair form process is adhered to -
• Arrange service visit debrief meetings and develop a system for ensuring identified actions are carried out..
• Issue service reports, calibration certificates and maintain tracking data.
• Coordinate service visits
• Provide administrative support for site and contract engineers
• After training, assist with simple proposals, create cost sheets and standard service contract renewals.
•Maintenance & Site Visits
• Operate, coordinate and maintain SAP system with details of sales, service jobs and contracts.

General Duties:
• To book hotels, flights and other travel bookings for staff working on site
• To be responsible for the vehicle fleet, ensuring that all pool cars and vans are properly maintained
• As part of the team, answer the telephone and the door and direct callers appropriately and provide refreshments for visitors
• Work as part of a team, which may contain other engineering disciplines

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in administrative activities and data entry
Highly Computer literate (preferably Microsoft Windows and Office)
Knowledge of a computerised ERP package, preferably SAP
Strong Service sales experience
