The Role:
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for general sales administration works in division.

Key task will be:
•Coordinate and manage administration and documentation in divisional sales
•Work with sales team to ensure the full utilization of sales tools.
•Work with shiptype sales organisation and product lines to unified and update sales and tendering documentations
•Work with sales team to ensure the divisional sales guideline are follow
•Compile and submit sales KPI and monthly report to divisional management.
•Follow up on CROL corrective action with involved personnel.
•Support in organising the divisional sales meeting

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
•3 ~ 5 years working experiences
•Good knowledge of sales administration works

•Basic knowledge of business principle. Good skills in office management and sales administration works.
