The Company:
As one of the worlds leading engineering companies, Our Client assists in their customer's use of electrical power and aims to increase industrial productivity in a sustainable way.

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has risen for an experienced Administrator for vacation cover working in a friendly and supportive team environment. The role will involve assisting an established sales team with customer enquiries and the processing of orders.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

Receiving Purchase Orders
Checking available stock in SAP
Entering Purchase Order into SAP
Creating order acknowledgments
Sending out collection details to customers
Completing general administration duties
Communicating with sales manager and warehouse staff

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
SAP Experience Essential
Previous Administration/Data Entry experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
