The Company:
Global leading brand in container handling solutions for ports and container terminals for ship-to-shore cranes, yard cranes, shuttle and straddle carriers, reach stackers and empty container handlers

The Role:
-Prepare and submit tender paper for key Port customers for new equipment & crane service projects. 
-Administer contracts and award papers for successful equipment and crane service projects. 
-Source pricing and costing for new equipment sales from factory /MAU, prepare Purchase Order (PO) for factory ordering 
-Track and follow up delivery, shipment clearance, registration of equipment and leasing documentation for invoicing process. 
-Prepare Equipment sales invoicing and acceptance document. 
-Handle and co-ordinate import and export shipments with factories and customers 
-Preparing periodic order volume in CAIBP for APAC regional reporting. 
-Prepare and submit necessary sales reports, management reports and others 
-Maintains customer support orientation and program event, liaison with social media for company marketing.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
-Bachelor in Business studies or any related field
-Minimum 5 years in sales
-Experience in sales of material handling equipment or similar machineries is an added advantage
-SAP skills
