The Company:
A luxury Automotive OEM based in the West Midlands. After continued growth & success there are a number of new exciting engineering projects underway and we currently have requirements for experienced engineering professionals.

The Role:
Support the UK Regional team by continually undertaking sales and marketing data analysis and reporting on the sales and marketing activity within the region. Lead key aspects of the regional order call requirement. Manage the optimisation, utilisation and budgeting of the UK sales fleet. Manage the defleet activity of all UK AML fleet cars to the UK dealer network.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
• Manage UK sales, after sales and marketing intelligence, both from the marketing team and dealerships.
• Develop all dealer and regional intelligence to support the brand and business development.
• Formulate data from both dealers and the UK Team into meaningful operational documents.
• Management and planning of the UK fleet.
• Managing defleet of our client's Fleet Cars to UK Dealer Network.
• Lead the fulfilment of the regions regular order call requirement.
• Support the UK marketing team with ad hoc project management of specific UK events.
• Management of specific event programs and provide support for the delivery of all other UK events.
• Management of all communication between UK Team and Press Garage.
• Development and maintenance of communication channels with all UK Team colleagues.
• Planning and logistical support for UK Events.
• Work in close collaboration with the UK Sales, Marketing and Aftersales Team to understand full operational data.
• Control fleet management and operational costs within budget.
• Lead the regional planning of all fleet car requirements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Educated to degree level.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Ideally has sales/marketing experience.
• Previous experience in premium brand within a sales and marketing role, ideally in luxury/automotive.
• Advanced level of competence with Microsoft office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal presentation skills.
• Exceptional analytical ability.
• Post holder must have excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and plan.
• Enthusiasm to embrace new ideas and cultures.
• Work autonomously whilst ensuring information is disseminated.
• Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the department by developing supporting programs and promotions.
