The Company:
Our client has been established for over 20 years locally and is focused on delivering design solutions to the nuclear industry, specialising in the design of mechanical handling plant and equipment, the design and installation of plant control systems and the provision of support to plant safety reviews.

The Role:
The candidate will support the development of sector business plans including the identification of new business and the development of new marketing strategies. This is a cross functional role working with channel partners and their customers, as well as our product development and consultancy departments. The position will involve some market research, strategy development, and assistance in obtaining routes to market. You will help to ensure that the organisation maintains a strong customer focus.

• Develop communications to ensure the clients, customers and opportunities receive or can access regular information to promote and buy products (Eg internet, email marketing, direct mail and social media).
• Manage the website to keep it engaging; update and refresh content where needed.
• Monitor & track website statistics, including site/page hits and follow up on this activity to generate leads.
• Develop marketing communications to engage with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
• Participation in arranging attendance at trade shows, seminars and conferences.
• Set up and maintain an opportunity database with relevant information regarding target markets, contact names, history, business etc.
• Create appointments on behalf of Senior Sales and Account Managers
• Monitor competitors’ channel programs to ensure the company remains competitive.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Marketing/business related degree desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a good team player.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Knowledge of SAGE (ACT) beneficial.
