The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
• Lead and motivate sales team
• Own and drive business development plan for Key Accounts.
• Continuous development and implementation of our strategy.
• Order, revenue and Margin - Deliver Targets for UK and Ireland
• Build compelling value propositions.
• Drive innovation both locally and globally to improve and enhance our engineered system offer.
• Active senior member of our local management team
• Build relationship and influence with Customer at all levels
• Develop account plans in line with strategy
• Identify and report market and competitor trends relevant to Customer/Industry

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Motivator and Team Leader
• Strategic and value based selling.
• Domain/industry/application experience in robot automation
• Strong Facilitator and negotiator
• Ability to identify and take sales opportunities
• Able to see different perspectives
