The Company:
Our client is the world’s largest publicly traded petroleum and natural gas company and they are seeking a Sales Developer - (Polyolefin experience) to join their Sales team in Dubai.

The Role:
Provide direction to MEAF (designated countries) Polyolefins Sales team development activities:
Translate market and application strategies into specific field Sales actions
Monitor new Sales development opportunities and projects
Lead marcom activities as seminars and road shows
Sales development planning and stewardship
Maintain planning of portfolio of development projects
Steward Sales development portfolio
Support Sales team on development projects
Customer visits
Provide training
Cross functional coordination
Job involves min 50% Travel in MEAF ( designated countries)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Plastics material science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering background
Deep knowledge of polyolefins materials, processing, and applications
Relevant experience for 3-5 years
Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading) and Arabic an advantage
Good exposure to Asian/Arab culture
If it is a GCC national, he/she should have completed the compulsory military service if there is any

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills
Ready to work in a challenging environment
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications, esp. Excel, powerpoint
