The Role:
•Sales forecasting - to be responsible for accurate and timely forecasting of the Indonesian sales opportunities on a weekly and quarterly basis, from prospecting to closure
•Sales and business development - employing various consultative and strategic selling strategies to find, create, develop and nurture opportunities to fruition resulting in sales for key clients
•Mentoring and leadership of the Indonesia Sales team
•Relationship management - to help develop and manage relationships with clients at senior levels within the client organization. To also build and manage relationships with business partners and agents.
•Account planning - responsible for creating and maintaining account plans for key clients detailing objectives, sales strategies, SWOT analysis, etc.
•Sales opportunity management - to actively utilize the internal sales management tool to manage all sales opportunities from prospect to closure.
•Pricing and quotations - to be responsible for crafting and developing proposals for clients with proper observance of Paradigm’s revenue recognition and VSOE policies.
